Client Responsibilities

Any delays resulting from incomplete information, revisions, or late approvals may impact project schedules.
Quotations & Payments
All quotations provided by Vortex Innovation are subject to revision until formally accepted.
Payment terms, project milestones, and invoicing schedules will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.
Failure to make payments within agreed timelines may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
Revisions & Modifications
Reasonable revisions may be provided as agreed within the project scope. Significant design changes, additional requirements, or scope modifications may result in additional charges and revised delivery schedules.
Intellectual Property
All engineering designs, drawings, calculations, reports, models, documents, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Vortex Innovation until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of our work is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Vortex Innovation respects client confidentiality and will not disclose confidential project information to third parties without authorization, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
